History:
Triangle Cleaning Service is a commercial janitorial service company that was started by Norman Oates on August 8, 1988. The company initially started out as a part time endeavor. By mid October of the same year it had become a flourishing, full time, business.
The company started out servicing only one small apartment complex however; by the end of 1988 the customer base had blossomed to 11 commercial customers. In late 1988 the founder, Norman Oates, decided to specialize in construction cleaning of new commercial buildings. We have provided construction cleaning services for hundreds of general contractors, and our growth is steady and strong. We attribute our growth and stability to three things; quality work, competitive prices, and flexible scheduling.
Currently the company offers a number of different services that are all conducted by professionally trained personnel. Our primary areas of expertise are post-construction cleaning, daily site cleaning or rough cleaning, and pressure washing. All services are customized to fit the particular needs of each customer.
Growth:
Since 1988 Triangle Cleaning Service has grown from 3 employees to over 20 with a customer base of nearly 400 clients. Our projects have grown from storefront window washing to cleaning projects of over 900,000 square feet. We currently service the major geographic areas in Western, Central and Eastern North Carolina.
